● Report to the Head of Productions Operation
● Assist in the developing of the Workflow and Procedures of the Production Operations Section

Follow up with concerns sections regarding missing items. Arrange all required logistics including transportation, flights, accommodations and accreditations.
● Analyze and categorize client’s complaints and follow up with concerned sections for action plans.
● Constructed the 1st summarized monthly Operational Management Report from raw data which include resources’ utilization, suppliers’ and Client’s seasonal contracts status and progress.
● Administrate the company’s Planning Software “Dylius”.

● Receive clients’ services requests and provide them with quotations
