Managing Sales of various machines that are used in Construction, Marine, Petro-chemicals sector.
•Formulate an good techno-commercial offer for the client as per their project application and requirements.
•Calculate costing and ensure that the company makes reasonable profit on each sales.
•Attend to customer queries and conduct site visit to ensure that suitable machine is handed over to the customer.
•Perform Sales Analytics through mathematical procedures.
•Maintain existing clients and thrive to get new clients through better customer focus and market research.
Managing Quality control functions for projects (Electrical/Civil) including planning of Quality control inspections, preparation of reports and controlling corrective actions .
•Preparation of ITP’s, Material Approval sheets, method statements for various Electrical construction activities are as per the Project specifications and inspection and Test plan.
•Preparing Internal and external quality audits schedules at all Stages to monitor and to closeout all audit findings.
•Prepare Integrity checklist, check and provide feedback, Corrective action/Recommendations and follow-up /updating records for each equipment’s.
•Submit periodic report to the QA/QC manager/project manager regarding quality related issues.
•Attend the client meeting and coordinate with client representative regarding Quality related issues
•Carryout inspection & Witnessing Third party tests(ie. Breaker test, switch gear test, Hi-pot testing. etc.)
•Ensure all testing equipment’s as properly calibrated and certified.
•Ensure all construction activities are as per IFC drawings, if any deviations found need to be converted to “AS-BUILT”.
•Carried out erection and assembly of 20MVA power transformers (Voltamp)
•Installation and erection activities of 11KV switchgear panels (Toshiba)
•Installation of control panels viz RTU panel, RTCC panels, telecom, FOTE panel, distribution boards 110Vdc, 48Vdc, 415V LVAC Panel, control panels for capacitor banks, SCADA interface panels.
•Inspect and test the installation of fire alarm system with all sensors and manual call points.
•Supervise and monitor the Installation of CCTV system, HT/LV cable and cable trays, indoor and external lighting, lightning protection systems, Earthing system etc.
•Carried out erection of capacitor banks, Air break switch, 33CT-VT kiosks.
•Installation of DC systems with electrolyte preparation, battery commissioning (48VDC and 110VDC battery bank) along with control panels.
•Underground cabling, cable glanding and termination works, Site test for earth pits, test 20 MVA Transformer, RTCC parallel operation test, Testing of Station transformer, precision AC, ventilation system.
Was part of the project team in designing Off Shore Patrol Vessels for the Indian Coast Guard.
Roles Handled:-
•Preparation of Internal Wiring Diagrams of Electrical Equipment’s in MS Visio AutoCAD.
•Preparation of Electrical Components layout in Tribon.
•Inspect commissioning activities of all electrical/electronic systems in wheelhouse.
•Cable Routing and preparation of Cable Schedules of Electrical systems.
•Technical scrutiny of Technical offers of Electrical Equipment’s.
•Site Inspection on board the ship and preparation of reports.
