Key Profile: Plan, direct, coordinate, budget, through subordinate supervisory personnel, activities concerned with the construction of PV Parks, facilities. Participate in the conceptual development of a construction project and oversee its organization, scheduling, and implementation. Leading a team of 300 site based personnel, to attain project outcomes in budget within time constraints.  Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, and systems.
 Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines with client representatives.
 Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers according to task requirements with subordinates.
 Inspect and review project to monitor compliance with building, safety codes, and other regulations.
 Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients, representing the sub-contractor.
 Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with, suppliers, subcontractors and clients.
 Direct and supervise management team.
 Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods.
 Select, contract, and oversee workers who complete specific pieces of the project, such as structures, hole boring or PV Panel placement.
 Order / requisition supplies and materials to complete PV Parks.



 Take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction site.
 Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites, to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out.
 Evaluate construction methods and determine cost-effectiveness of plans.
 Manage client expectations with emphasis on project dates and milestone completions.
 Coordinate with client financial management for payments, deductions and VOs.
 Review all SOPs to align HR Efforts.
 Assist and coordinate the selection of the key staff required to fill both Technical and Administrative posts and establishing the organization structure of the project with HRD/ Project Managers
 Ensure that the client is properly billed and those payments are received in a timely manner for all projects.
 Ensure that all contractual and legal matters related to the projects are dealt with properly and promptly.

Projects completed:
 Sundays River Bridge, Nominated for a Fulton award, highest bridge lift in Africa.
 Kalkbult Solar Farm 75mw First Solar Farm on the grid, completed four months early.
 Druenberg Solar Farm 75mw South African ramming record achieved.

  • Touch rugby, SPCA, Cars, Stamp Collecting
    I currently am concentrating on fulfilling a life time goal of collecting all the Union of South Africa Kings heads stamps, circa 1910. Our touch rugby team has been invited to play in certain areas around South Africa to create awareness for Rugby, I have also been lucky enough to sit in a few hyper cars while in Dubai, which is one of the highlights of life.
