As a Construction Team in the role of Senior Lead person under supervision of Survey Technical Manager, *checking and involving in joint survey inspections with consultant followed through the project ITP, *Checking and fixing alignments for all concrete outline jobs, *Measurements and verifying the survey related data conducted at site, *Directs and screening the drawings & submit through correspondent team, *Directing and involving site activities for multiple given tasks, *Preparation& Submission of Pre/Post pour, Volumes, Quantities, Earthworks, Formworks, Topographic, As-builts, Automatic Monitoring system, Rebar works, Benchmarks Traverse, Review and execution of structural & Architectural, Auto Drafting, Coordination and presentation of guide drawings.Control multiple site teams & site activities, Volume calculations.

As a Project Management Consultant team, Checking and involving in Joint survey inspections through the project ITP (inspection test plan) for all Structural & Architechtural works at Main Power Stations, Elevated Stations(Type-1&2), Auxilary and Main Depot’s.Supervising The Main and Sub Contractor’s Survey teams as a section in charge;
Setting out and Layout Orientation with presenting supervision at site with relevant and related to the plan and design layout of the projects; Control points establishment and Network planning for the all relevant project locations.Drafting and well review of all structural or Architectural drawings using by AutoCAD & Manual; Maintaining all the Survey data and records according to the QA/QC requirement.
The project aims at acquisition of as a main contractor and to act as a supervision team for the quality control of the entire survey checking’s of the project; major as slabs, columns, beams, block works, land scaping, internel interlock roads etc., prepare the survey structural or coordinate drawings for ease works at site by using AutoCAD, and to distribute the sub contractors and maintain all survey check lists and records for quality assurance purpose respectively, by used advanced Total stations and auto and digital levels.
The project aims to reach the G+12 storey buildings of 37-blocks with duplex flats; major as setting out and control point’s establishment at around boundary limits, layout orientation and execution works of foundation and slabs, columns, blocworks, boundary wall, internel roads, landscaping etc., by used advanced Total stations and auto and digital levels.
The projects which has involved in Topographical surveying and pre initial surveying for the various projects such as Strengthening and widening of National highway roads, State highways, Drainage systems, City planning etc., as pick up the coordinates and existing elevations for the respected areas and locations; collected data to be upload at the end and submit to the respective in charge or manager regularly or optional, error distribution and error free at closed or open Traverse method, establishment of control points at the required locations by used GPS and advanced total stations and as well as auto and digital levels.
