Currently, I am responsible for catering different projects based on Cold Storages & Supermarket refrigeration Projects.
Enquiry follow ups, planning, installation, commissioning of cold rooms that contain DX type system and Central plants, and Puff panels &, and other different HVAC systems in my present organization where I serve as a Senior Project Engineer for the last 3.1 years.
I also look after the PM Service & Break down Service, AMC sales, booking spare order for service as per
meeting company’s business plan.
I was responsible for catering different projects based on Cold Storages & clean rooms, large ware house Projects in the Eastern Zone of India.
Inquiry Planning, installation, commissioning of cold rooms that contain DX type system and Puff panels
&, and other different HVAC systems in my present organization where I served as a Senior Project
Engineer.
I also look after the PM Service & Break down Service via our Service franchise.
AMC sales, booking spare order for service as per meeting company’s business plan.
Developing Subcontractors for installation & service activity.
I had been an integral part of the project “Infinity Benchmark” which holds the status of being the second platinum green building outside the USA.
Looking after the Installation activity of MEP services.
I have experience in installing 2 X 750 TR centrifugal and 1 X 500 TR York made chiller. In addition, experience in installing Shell and tube type condensing units and their primary and secondary pump, VFD controllers etc.
Installation of pipeline, ducting, AHU (up to 43 TR), FCU, CSU etc.
Handling and arranging materials for project. Experience in plumbing, ducting, pipeline etc.
The project contained basement + ground floor+18 storied commercial building. I looked after the erection of pipeline from basement to roof and implemented different sizes of ducting and AHU in the project system.
I was also looking after the installation activity for Fire Fighting installation for Wet Riser, Hydrant system, sprinkler system, Pump station Etc.
