Position: Sr QAQC Engineer in charge Plot D4 which has 3 towers, From day 1 up to current: 100 % structure and 85% architecture done.
Assist in developing the Project Quality Management system by establishing procedures, plans and work instructions as needed.
Monitor implementation of the Asset/Project/Function Quality Management System through regular audits and reviews
Develop and ensure QA requirements are incorporated into Tender Documents, Contracts and Purchase Orders
Monitor and report on compliance and nonconformities and maintain relevant records.
Identify and manage risks that could impact achieving quality objectives.
Follow up on action items and maintain status register.
Prepare and review method statement, ITP for all of relevant activities.
Check the shop drawing base on IFC drawing. Coordiante with design team,
consultant to make sure all of shop drawing in line.
Submit Inspection Request for Engineers Inspection, Perform all daily
inspection and test of the scope and character necessary to achieve the quality of construction required in the drawings and specifications for all works under the contract performed ON or OFF site.
Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents. Responsible for the closure of Non- conformance, NCR and Site Instruction, SI
Develop method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project
Carry out Internal Audit at the site as scheduled in the Project Quality Plan Review the Material Technical Data Sheet

• QAQC Engineer in charge fully for All of Utilities at Depot including: Track slab foundation on sub-grade, Track line, APS (Automatic power supply), OCS (Overhead cantilever supply), Low voltage duct bank, Height voltage duct bank, pulling chamber, Sewerage line, Drainage line, Potable water, Fire fighting line, Communication duct bank, landscape, hard cape and maintenance building (It divide into 05 zones with complex work items such as Under floor wheel Lathe, Painting Booth, Bogie Washing Line, Lifting Lines area …) from the stage of Excavation, concrete, pipe laying, up to finishing. Specially, Water proofing for all of the Dry Utilities system which is under water table (Sorty water).
• Field inspection and supervision to ensure compliance with approved procedures, drawing and project specifications specification of project, Method statement and DM standard (Apply for Drainage, Sewerage, Water supply..), approved drawings. According to the Approved Project Quality Control Plans and Procedures. Review inspection records and approved the results
• Developed and implemented quality plan, inspection test plan (ITP) and checklist as per standard specification and project requirement.
• Coordinate with Technical officer, MEP team to solve any discrepancy shop drawings and any technical issue raise during construction in progress. Furthermore, Discuss with the Engineer from consultant (SYSTRA) related above issue
• Generated non-conformance reports (NCR) and Quality site observation (QSO) to the findings, give recommendations, corrective action, stop work order if worse deficiency will occur.
• Raise RITA (Request for inspection, test approval) 24hrs in advance and carry out the inspection with consultant (SYSTRA) accordingly.
• Follow up and coordinate with laboratory to perform the requirement in-situ tests: Plate load test, FDT (for track slab foundation and Track line), Mandrel test (for duct bank), Air test, Water test, Deflection test, flow test. Infiltration test (for DEWA), Slump test, Temperature, Compressive (for Concrete), PIT, Ultrasonic test (for Bored pile) and any test related to input material base on specification of project.
• Planning to analysis and closure of the overall RITA of project (around 100.000 RITA): Attached Test report and subject to close the Engineer’s comment about drawing, MS… which mention in the RITAs to get final approval status of RITAs for handing to RTA (Road and transportation Authority-Client).
Project:
• The DUBAI TRAM Project (previously the Al Sufouh Tram) system was designed to be an integral part of the Dubai transport network, linking the Dubai Metro and the Palm Monorail and running along Al Sufouh Road and Jumeirah Beach Road from Mall of the Emirates at one end to the Dubai Marina. It including: 11 stations (2 stations link to Dubai Metro), 14, 5 kilometers of rail and Depot.
• Being Daewoo’s representative in all kind of meetings with Consultant and Client (Eg.: Weekly meeting, Monthly meeting, Technical meeting, etc.)
• Check and approval MS form sub-constractor.
• Manage all of subcontractor: Structural, Finishing, Water proofing….
• Supervise and issue site instruction for the Formwork works, Re-bar works, Concrete works and Finishing works.
• Receive Work instruction from Korean manager, and carry out the job on site according to the construction schedule, specification of project, ASTM...
• Check the Shop drawing and give some comment to the technical team before working on site base on Design drawing.
• Control project progress (Construction schedule) and relevant documents.
• Solve technical problem arising in the actual construction site.
• Carry out assigned daily schedule activities, manage overall construction work at site and documentary works.
• Supervise and issue site instruction for the formwork works (Following the DoKa formwork system which I have been trained by Doka technician for 02 months), re-bar works, concrete works and finishing works.
• Receive work instructions from Italian manager, and carry out the job on site according to the construction schedule, specification of project, English standard, etc.
• Check the shop drawing and provide comments to the technical team before working on site base on Shop drawing.
• Control project progress (Construction schedule) and relevant documents.
• Solve technical problem arising in the actual construction site.
• Carry out assigned daily schedule activities, manage overall construction work at site.
• Control work execution in accordance with schedule, safety and quality requirements.
• Plan for daily construction operations.

• Site Engineer in charge of “The works of drilling and installing steel pipe piles into base rock” - Product Export Jetty - Dung Quat Refinery Project, Quang Ngai.
• Supervise the execution of drilling and installing of 553 steel pipe piles into base rock by Reverse Circulation Drilling on marine, propose solutions and remediation techniques to technical issues, micro-schedule and sequencing, manage a work force including both Foreign and Vietnamese workers, ensure the HSE practices on site.
• Involve in 1 compression load test and 3 static tension load tests of OD 609mm drilled piles.
• Chief Engineer in Pilling works “The provision of OD 609mm steel pipe pile driving services” - Product Export Jetty - Dung Quat Refinery Project, Quang Ngai.
• Install 356 steel pipe piles by driving method with piling barge on marine for Petro Vietnam (on-going).
• Liaise with the Main Contractor, Consultant and the Owner.
• Study and establish the driving sequence; ensure the coordination with other Subcontractors and the Main Contractor in the executing process.
