• QAQC Engineer in charge fully for All of Utilities at Depot including: Track slab foundation on sub-grade, Track line, APS (Automatic power supply), OCS (Overhead cantilever supply), Low voltage duct bank, Height voltage duct bank, pulling chamber, Sewerage line, Drainage line, Potable water, Fire fighting line, Communication duct bank, landscape, hard cape and maintenance building (It divide into 05 zones with complex work items such as Under floor wheel Lathe, Painting Booth, Bogie Washing Line, Lifting Lines area …) from the stage of Excavation, concrete, pipe laying, up to finishing. Specially, Water proofing for all of the Dry Utilities system which is under water table (Sorty water).
• Field inspection and supervision to ensure compliance with approved procedures, drawing and project specifications specification of project, Method statement and DM standard (Apply for Drainage, Sewerage, Water supply..), approved drawings. According to the Approved Project Quality Control Plans and Procedures. Review inspection records and approved the results
• Developed and implemented quality plan, inspection test plan (ITP) and checklist as per standard specification and project requirement.
• Coordinate with Technical officer, MEP team to solve any discrepancy shop drawings and any technical issue raise during construction in progress. Furthermore, Discuss with the Engineer from consultant (SYSTRA) related above issue
• Generated non-conformance reports (NCR) and Quality site observation (QSO) to the findings, give recommendations, corrective action, stop work order if worse deficiency will occur.
• Raise RITA (Request for inspection, test approval) 24hrs in advance and carry out the inspection with consultant (SYSTRA) accordingly.
• Follow up and coordinate with laboratory to perform the requirement in-situ tests: Plate load test, FDT (for track slab foundation and Track line), Mandrel test (for duct bank), Air test, Water test, Deflection test, flow test. Infiltration test (for DEWA), Slump test, Temperature, Compressive (for Concrete), PIT, Ultrasonic test (for Bored pile) and any test related to input material base on specification of project.
• Planning to analysis and closure of the overall RITA of project (around 100.000 RITA): Attached Test report and subject to close the Engineer’s comment about drawing, MS… which mention in the RITAs to get final approval status of RITAs for handing to RTA (Road and transportation Authority-Client).

Project:

• The DUBAI TRAM Project (previously the Al Sufouh Tram) system was designed to be an integral part of the Dubai transport network, linking the Dubai Metro and the Palm Monorail and running along Al Sufouh Road and Jumeirah Beach Road from Mall of the Emirates at one end to the Dubai Marina. It including: 11 stations (2 stations link to Dubai Metro), 14, 5 kilometers of rail and Depot.

• Chief Engineer in Pilling works “The provision of OD 609mm steel pipe pile driving services” - Product Export Jetty - Dung Quat Refinery Project, Quang Ngai.
• Install 356 steel pipe piles by driving method with piling barge on marine for Petro Vietnam (on-going).
