• Developed a core HO team consisting of Finance, HR, Purchasing, and PRO focused on support ofoperations, ensuring seamless expansion with on-time openings, and delivering financial results.
• Coaching and mentoring Department Heads including Executive Chef, Call Center / Home DeliveryManager, Maintenance Manager, and Area Managers to ensure that our 700 staff had the proper training, support, and tools to effectively carry out their duties in their respective areas of responsibility.
