4 years as Resorts Co-ordinator in the Head Office in Bangkok, Thailand and 4 years as Communications Manager at Soneva Fushi and Soneva Gili Resorts, Maldives & Sri Lanka. Also acted as the Asst. HR Manager at Soneva Gili Resort whilst carrying out the duties of the CEO.
Whilst in Bangkok, Thailand, reported directly to the Chairman/CEO and was responsible for the co-ordination and distribution of business communication and executive administration duties. Six Senses operates prestigious resorts around the world branded as Soneva, Evason, Hideaways, EVA, etc.
Whilst in Maldives/Sri Lanka - Carried out the aforesaid duties of the Chairman/CEO at Soneva Gili Resort whilst acting as the Asst. I joined this 5 star deluxe resort at the opening and was involved in the initial setting up office administration systems, setting up the CD and Video libraries, compendiums. My responsibilities included, providing PA support to the General Manager, arranging travel itineraries, preparation of documents for major marketing and sales trips in collaboration with the Maldivian Tourism Board, preparation of minutes of meetings, co-ordination with all departments on daily issues and liaising between senior management and staff to assist with the smooth running of the resort. All Tour Operator contracts/Rack Rates were under my close supervision.
