• Undertake the initial pre-screening of applicants as per the recruitment policy, short list candidates, conduct interviews and prepare evaluation report.
• Liaison with outsourcing agencies for procurement of manpower, and support staffs.
• Maintain resume database, update job vacancy list with all the departments.
• Prepare job advertisements, web postings, specifications for external recruitment agencies, job descriptions and other materials in accordance with the company’s recruitment standards and business needs.
