Part of the commissioning team of a Gas phase Fluidised Bed Reactor in the Production of ( LLDPE ) Linear Low Density Polyethylene and High Density Polyethylene ( UNIPOL Technology and Ziegler Natta Catalyst Technology). Reading and explaining the P&I Diagrams.

Experience in both slurry and dry catalyst catalyst

• Identify and analyze process problems.
• Monitoring and controlling operations within the plant by means of process control, electrical, information and mechanical technology and also by giving directions to assigned resources.
• Monitoring and inspecting equipments in the plants by adjusting parameters such as flow-rates- level, pressures and temperatures to their target value
• Participate in investigation into cause of poor quality products.
• Giving inputs in quality control citation.
• Analysis of results affected by implantation of improvement.
• Assisting in new project implementations
• Conduct plant inspection and reporting of process deviations

Continuous Chemical Plant Operator EVA/Polyethylene. Operating plant on field and DCS. Preparing equipments for start up and shutdown with the use of Standard Operating Procedure and P&I diagrams. Prepare and issue permit to work to maintenance.
