(ACGC was named formerly Ballast Nedam Co.NL.) Built the King Fahad Causeway to Bahrain and Kuwait Intl. Airport. Currently is Royal Air Forces & BAE Contractor in all Air Bases in KSA.
Key Role: To direct and set the foundation for the strategic direction of the Human Resources Department by aligning HR activities with corporate strategic direction and goals and advising the top management to improve the performance of company by HR tool OD : Organization Development:-
● Play the leadership role in strategizing HR initiatives, Lead organizational change initiatives and communication for key organization changes and implement organizational design and development programs (Operating Model)
● Provide leadership in organization transformation initiatives and internal change management initiatives
● Oversee the provision of strategic HR support - workforce planning, employee engagement and retention strategies, coaching of senior leaders
● Ensure the creation of new forms, policies and procedures and ensuring proper implementation
● Create succession plan programs in coordination with the Heads/Directors that are aligned with career path for potential Employees to have future replacements.
● Ensure the development of the Authority Matrix within company
