- Project: Fadhili Bachelor Camp (FBC): (BOLT: build, operate, lease then transfer to Aramco)
- The FBC occupies an area of approximately 700, 000 (m2) and with a capacity over 2, 500 units.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business of Joint Venture.
- Prepare reports to CEO towards the achievement or material deviations from the goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) established by the Lease Agreement and the Board.
- Deeply participate in developing, executing and reviewing the annual operating plan that supports the Joint Venture’s long-term strategy.
- Monitor and report progress against annual operating plan performance with Facilities Management Contractor (Hard Services, Soft Services and Catering).
- Analyze monthly performance measures reports prepared by the CFO to present key findings and articulate follow-up actions.
- participate in preparing company’s goals and strategic objectives annually with senior management team
- Preside over regular senior management meetings to discuss company priorities, monitor progress and promote cross-department collaboration
- Main point of contact for owners and community partners and ensure communications, resolution of issues and project development.
- Ensure the development of health and safety practices for the Joint Venture and oversee compliance with those practices as set forth by the Lease Agreement’s Key Performance Indicators.
- Assist the CEO in establishing an appropriate organizational structure
- Participate in recruitment, interview, selection, and evaluation process.
- Develop training programs for company employees at all levels to raise the standards of performance and ensure consistency and accountability.
- Design and develop methods of controlling the quality of FM and establish channels to enable the CEO in monitoring the quality assurance.

- Airports Facilities Management: (Mechanical, Electrical and plumbing (MEP), Agriculture, irrigation, Civil, Architecture, Fire Fighting, Low Current, Pest control, Cleaning and Hospitality)
- Ensuring a high profile in the day-to-day running of the sites, and provision of a consistently strong link with all key internal and external stakeholders.
- Contract, customer, service delivery, performance, financial, resources, asset, risk management, and the monitoring and reporting of these responsibilities.
- To manage excellent relationships with the client and supply partners.
- To deliver budgeted targets for profit, and performance related to the contract.
- To lead, recruit, develop and retain staff to deliver services in the most efficient and effective manner
- To ensure excellent communications with and motivation for all staff.
- Manage the agreement and evaluation of supply partner performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to maximize service levels.
- To produce, monitor and improve the levels of customer satisfaction within a region or contract.
- Work with the client to deliver a pro-active supply chain management strategy ensuring successful delivery of services into the sites, in a cost effective and timely manner.

Job Tasks:
Prepare, Develop and execute the operation and maintenance plans which cover:
- Mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) - HVAC and Chillers
- Elevators, Generators and UPS - Agriculture and irrigation
- Reverse Osmosis Plant (RO) - Firefighting and Fire alarms
- Civil and Architecture - Building Management System (BMS)
- CCTV, Networks and Sound system (Low Current)
- Cleaning and Hospitality - Pest control
Coordinating all contract items and preparing the plans and reports
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of project work to ensure that the goals and objectives are accomplished within the constraints of budget, schedule and stakeholder expectations
Risk management: responsible for identifying project risks while creating and implementing contingency plans
Identifies and works to resolve issues & obstacles, escalating where necessary for resolution to business owner
