- Joint Venture: (ARAMCO - MASIC)
- Project: Fadhili Bachelor Camp (FBC): (BOLT: build, operate, lease then transfer to Aramco)
- The FBC occupies an area of approximately 700, 000 (m2) and with a capacity over 2, 500 units.

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business of Joint Venture.
- Prepare reports to CEO towards the achievement or material deviations from the goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) established by the Lease Agreement and the Board.
- Deeply participate in developing, executing and reviewing the annual operating plan that supports the Joint Venture’s long-term strategy.
- Monitor and report progress against annual operating plan performance with Facilities Management Contractor (Hard Services, Soft Services and Catering).
- Analyze monthly performance measures reports prepared by the CFO to present key findings and articulate follow-up actions.
- participate in preparing company’s goals and strategic objectives annually with senior management team
- Preside over regular senior management meetings to discuss company priorities, monitor progress and promote cross-department collaboration
- Main point of contact for owners and community partners and ensure communications, resolution of issues and project development.
- Ensure the development of health and safety practices for the Joint Venture and oversee compliance with those practices as set forth by the Lease Agreement’s Key Performance Indicators.
- Assist the CEO in establishing an appropriate organizational structure
- Participate in recruitment, interview, selection, and evaluation process.
- Develop training programs for company employees at all levels to raise the standards of performance and ensure consistency and accountability.
- Design and develop methods of controlling the quality of FM and establish channels to enable the CEO in monitoring the quality assurance.
