Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage team and projects.
Configured, installed and tuned Genesys Solution For Social media channels "Twitter", Chat channel and Email channel.
Adjusted software parameters to boost performance and incorporate new features. Consulted regularly with internal customers on application development project status, new project proposals and software-related technical issues.
Coordinated with hardware and system engineering leads to gather and develop system requirements.
Worked with project managers, developers, quality assurance and customers to resolve technical issues.

My role their was on who to apply the safety instructions on the sites of the project and deliver the project safely. I also worked as a manger of fire fighting department & safety manger.
