 Successfully implemented cost control strategies to limit bad debt and collections across the Group, utilized legal support and implemented practices and procedures, restructured divisions, and rebuilt partnerships, which resulted in:
o Total debt collected SAR 24M, that increased liquidity and adjusted doubtful debts in 2022
o Bad debt collected in contracting SAR 6.5M, increasing the liquidity and mobilizing to current projects in 2022
 Successfully analyzed opportunities to grow the Group’s revenue and executed B2B & B2C strategies, redesigned market approaches, maximized relationships and network, identified tenders, and hired key talent for the procurement department to drive quality and speed, which resulted in increasing the contracting revenue from SAR 18.3M to 76M in 2023
 Successfully diversified the Group’s scope to Agriculture, identifying an opportunity for the greenhouse development project to establish 20 new greenhouses and maintain an existing 30, resulting in moving revenue from SAR 850k to SAR11M with a net margin of SAR 4.5M and operations fully active for 365 days of the year
 Successfully executed and delivered on 14 high-level and large-scope projects that positively impacted the profit margins, moving the organization from generating SAR 800K to SAR 14M in net margins:
o Real Estate evaluation and increased revenue for the year 2023 from 22M to 46M in 2022
o Sector development and restarted the operations of 30 aquariums in 2022
o Best Western Al-Quriyat Hotel and delivered to Elegant Hotel Company to its operations in 2022
o Performed real estate inventory to verify the company's assets to streamline efficiencies in 2022
o Agriculture project for the Sheep sector development of 140 sheep to 650 in 2022
