Shipping And Logistic Manager :
Supervising on all the projects for¸
• Receive project bill of material and Preparing for loading .
• Ordering shipment Containers according to preparation phase (with respect to volume & weight ).
• Preparing Packing list for Projects overseas as per “ Transit standerds”
• Managing 4 teams of 3 workers to perform loading requirements
• Synchronous loading of local & overseas projects
• All loading activities is perform in coordination with (Production control, Steel fabrication department, Accessores fabrication department, Factory manager, Head office )
Supervising of vehicle Movement :
• Managing 22 vehicle Drives (13 Drivers inside the Company for the forklift & side loader and 9 Drivers outside the Company for side requirements).
• Co operate with side engineer for as per side requirements.
• Follows the GPS for Vehicles control.
• Communicate with the transport agencies for highring vehicles.
• Purchase spare parts for the companies all vehicles.
• Scale shipping.
chief Accountant :
• chief Accountant by the Lavarg Syrian Cement Factory in the ( Egyptian Orascoom Company & French Lavarg Company)
• Prepare the invoices for finished Jobs from Contract.
• Following the workers whereas This department consist of 70 workers .
• Daily workers expenditure and Overtime hours.
• Following the Cranes whereas This department consist of 12 Cranes (7 Crane rent).
• Daily report for company by the expenditure, the stopping and the problems /from 1 June 2008 - 13 April 2009 /.
Stockroom Accountant :
• Following the invoices with the purchases.
• Control the price of material.
• Periodic stocktaking for material - /from 13 April 2009 - 1 Aug 2010 /.
Stockroom supervisor :
• Control the quantity of material specially imported material.
• Following the price of material with Stock Accountant.
• Following with the purchases for Require material.
• Following with the weight responsible for weight of every project to deference between the actual weight and Theoretical weight - /from 1 Aug 2010 - 1 September 2011/.
shipping manager :
• Following the bill of material for Projects and Preparing it for loading- /from 1 september 2011 - 15 june 2012 /.
