Google Nexus according to manufacturer service policies.
• Organize to distribute phones to the technicians based on the input, provide the technical support on complicated issues and monitor the repair work flow so as to achieve daily target as per the production schedule.
• Improve the overall team productivity and its efficiency, encouraging and motivating the staff using man managing and techniques.
• Reduce overall stores liability cost, using consumption analysis system and monitoring the initial order for new product.
• Guide the team members and have a control in terms of repairs so as to reduce the internal & external repeats.
• Create and streamline the process to ensure that the daily production plan is complied with.
• Generating reports and conducting analysis on the same.
• Maintain the internal TAT as per target controlled by daily activity report.
• Participate in principle’s technical forums and provide feedback to management.
• Maintain the equipments and tools as per the schedule throughout all locations.
• Follow and adhere to QMS (Quality Management Systems) and EMS (Environmental Management System.
• Review and Implement of SOPs & adhere to confidentiality - NDA
