Product Life - Cycle Management
• Track sales of products closely, especially new launches; plan and implement interventions due to demand-supply gaps; take corrective action for slow-moving / fast-moving products
• Monitor production / procurement process in accordance with supply plan; create and direct a mitigation plan in case of any delays
• Track and improve inventory turnover of products
• Review monthly sales of the category in stores, conduct store visits and build relationships with
