• Implementing Kaizen techniques for cycle time reduction, entailing identification of opportunities, analysis of data, conduction of tests, and cost benefit analysis.
• Knowledge of TPM & TQM and implementing required changes in process to improve product quality, yield and increase the Machine utilization.
• Achieve productivity levels on day-to-day basis, Discuss with WOW employee in productivity and defect and give them proper training.
• To coach / counsel operators for enhancing productivity, for that implement Hr*Hr chart and reduce downtime by time study, work combination, fishbone diagram and training.
• Framing work direction and plan for the associates after thorough assessment of their abilities; spearheading process improvement initiatives
• Identifying & monitoring scope for planning & implementing the production plan to enhance the overall operational efficiency
• Executing cost saving techniques / measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in expenditures and work within the budget
