The job profile aims to develop responsibilities undertaken for smooth functioning of Facilities Management Operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Efficient documentation handling & file management
• Preparation & submission of work contract proposals & Invoices
• Preparation of Work Completion Reports for Service Providers
• MIS & Tracker Management of Reports
• Raising In-house Procurement Requisition as per the Operational requirement
• Raising and Processing Purchase Orders for Operational Departments from beginning to end
• Issuance & follow-ups of Purchase Order
• Clients Complaint Handling & Resolution
• Customer Correspondence through e-mails/phone for update on unit access
• Internal co-ordination between Service and Contracts department

Key Responsibilities - Recruitment & Selection
• Recruitment of the candidates with a focus on understanding the Company’s requirements, culture, strengths and providing right fit candidates within deadlines.
• Sourcing accurate profiles through job portals like “naukri.com, timesjobs.com”, newspaper, recruitment consultancies and employee referrals.
• Screening, shortlisting and conducting preliminary interview for relevant candidates.
• Co ordinating with placement agencies.
• Making salary breakup, Rolling out offer, appointment letter & checking the documents of the candidates at the time of joining.
• Ensuring the completion of joining formalities.
• Conducting exit interviews
