 Event organizer and handling 108 local participants’ projects.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
 Coordinate and liaise with representatives of all stakeholders involved in the organization of competitions (national, regional and international).
 Ensure that all operations adhere to the insurance, legal, health and safety obligations.
 Representative to communicate with educational entities (schools, colleges, universities, etc.), industries, sponsors and partners.
 Responsible for the selection of experts and chief experts.
 Prepare application form and interview-assessment criteria.
 Screen applicants from a large pool then interview eligible candidates and select them.
 Ensure that technical elements are tested and set-up ahead of the competition starting time.
 Organizing facilities for car parking, traffic control, security, first aid and hospitality.
 Working closely with the IT department to develop an efficient registration system and grading system to monitor the performance of the competitors during the competition.
 Maintaining and completing Project Key Performance Indicators.
 Logistics management.
 Working closely with the graphic designer on the development of the marketing collaterals designs.
 Preparing and executing the advertising and marketing campaign.
 Coordinate with public media and press.
 Prepare website content and graphics.
 Collaborate with IT Department to finalize website content and functionality.
 Customer care and hospitality toward visitors.
 Manage the procurement process and third party vendors.
 Prepare VVIP and VIP invitation list and make sure all invitations are distributed in time.
 Effectively use ERP system to raise PRs and acceptance certificate for procurement department.
- Health and Fitness Fun Week
(2013, 2014, and currently preparing for 2015)
An awareness week that takes place in all 7 Emirates, my role is to support in all different aspects related to the planning, organizing, logistics, catering and setting up the event.

 Identify potential retailers and communicate/meet with their upper managements.
 Screen applicants then interview eligible candidates and recruit them.
 Develop a system for allocating students in more than 150 stores in various regions, communicate student placements with retailers and liaise with store supervisors.
 Manage the procurement process and third party vendors.
 Effectively use ERP system to raise PRs and acceptance certificate for procurement department.

 Troubleshoot and resolve system hardware, software and communication problems.
 Create a backup and recovery policy.

 Create new users, reset user passwords and lock/unlock user accounts.
