Uplift Planning Team Member| North Carolina Group | Saudi Arabia As part of a of multi-million-dollar, nationwide capability building effort, we developed comprehensive plans designed to improve vocational education institutions across Saudi Arabia.
We designed survey instruments and was responsible for collecting diverse comprehensive data regarding the Vocational organizations’ histories, current contexts, achievements, opportunities and challenges. My focus was in the designing, collection and analysis of data acquired from the organization’s CEOs and administrative/instructors. As a team we collected, reviewed the data from every staff member and collaborated with colleagues from other teams to develop a comprehensive individualized plan for each institution.
