• Reduction of conversion cost (fuel, consumable cost, Paint and Powder costs.)• Reduction of WIP
• Minimise Customer complaints ( aim is should be zero)
• Responsible for preventive maintenance of paint shop.
• EOHS/OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 Co-ordinator. Well versed with Hazards identification and Risk Assessments.
• Worked as Plant KPO (Kaizen promotion Officer) For Two years as a additional responsibility.
 Core team member of NPD group, totally responsible for
1) RFQ calculations,
2) New paint development
3) Etc.
• Ensure compliance to ISO 9001:2008 & ISO 14001:2004, VDA6.3 and safety requirements.
