• Managing contracts involving bid formulation & evaluation, clarification, monitoring, expediting, finalization of rate contracts, pre-KOM & KOM, award documentation, so on; developing tender document including scope of work and criteria for tender evaluation
• Serving as single point of contact for end-to-end project execution includingproject scoping, planning, budgeting, scope change management, schedule monitoring, expediting the progress, supporting cost estimation, budget/resourcemonitoring, site condition monitoring, generating project progress reports till project closure

• Steered timely execution of 16” Production Header Project within budget; implemented cost control strategies such as optimization of project scope & manpower requirements, as well as development of effective estimates as per existing infrastructure
