Responsibilities Across Projects:
• Managing contracts involving bid formulation & evaluation, clarification, monitoring, expediting, finalization of rate contracts, pre-KOM & KOM, award documentation, so on; developing tender document including scope of work and criteria for tender evaluation

Significant Accomplishments:
• Successfully completed Detailed Engineering and Construction tendering of Export Gas Pipeline Project followed by approval on tender strategy approval from major stakeholder.
• Ensured successful completion of the prestigious Chemical Injection skid project within approved budget of US$ 1.1 Million by continuous monitoring of budget movement and optimized utilization, as Project Lead
• Steered timely execution of 16” Production Header Project within budget; implemented cost control strategies such as optimization of project scope & manpower requirements, as well as development of effective estimates as per existing infrastructure
• Successfully coordinated several interface issues to ensure efficient & timely supply of material &human resources and obtained statutory approvals
• Slashed costs and cycle-timeby development of Risk Register and implementation of HSE measures
Project : FEED Project - Oil field Project
Client : Lukoil at Iraq.

Responsibilities:
• Monitored project man-hours & schedule and drove project change control; contributed to technical aspects such as feasibility studies, conceptual design, FEED.
• Tracked & maintained Risk Register; maintained highest design integrity and quality within the project team
• Ensured successful completion of the prestigious project with WP - Abu Dhabi office in time, cost and quality.
Project Executed:
• EPCm Project -Hydrogen Peroxide Unit; Client: Sadara (JV of Saudi Armco & Dow), Jubail, Saudi Arabia; Project Size: 350, 000+ manhours; Capacity:3 Million TPY
Responsibilities:
• Identify critical issues, problems & potential changes and communicate to the Lead Office
• Held daily and weekly meetings between both office discipline leads; ensured that all Discipline Leads understand their scope, strategy and deliverables; managed inter‐discipline/office technical interfaces.

Responsibilities:
• Update quarterly budget and develop cash-in & outflow for project; update payment purchase status against the budget; developed invoice & back‐up as per contractual condition and billing schedule
• Ensured timely delivery of equipment by collaborating with vendors, inspectors & expeditors
• Ensured highest standards of quality by closely tracking project progress
• Ensured timely approval of vendors’ & sub-contractors’ invoice and updated the same in cash flow

1) LSTK Project -Sulphur Solidification, Handling Storage &Dispatch; Client:Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Panipat, India; Project Size: $ 15+ Million; Capacity:770 TPD; Period: Aug’10 - Aug’11
Responsibilities:
• Undertook extensive study of contracts, with all required clauses, on project initiation
• Developed project procedures as per contract requirements; prepared planning packages (inclusive of Billing Schedule) and finalized list of codes & standards with approval from authorities
• Ensured compliance with applicable design codes & standards, by tracking & maintaining project schedule
• Developed scope for sub‐contractor (Civil, Steel, Piping and E & I)
• Scheduled meetings with vendors & sub‐contractors including follow-up of minutes actions, tracked and closed them, tracked, followed all engineering deliverables including official communication during project execution
• Prepared invoice for engineering, purchase & construction as per contractual condition and billing schedule

Responsibilities:
• Tracked, approval and execution of all changes specially on P&ID from concerned disciplines
• Developed, tracked, follow-up of action minuted in monthly progress meetings
• Coordinated for P&ID Review, HAZOP, and 3D Model Review with client; developed action of them and followed-up for closure
• Expedited vendor documentation from concerned engineers and inter-discipline actions of design development.

Responsibilities:
• Reviewed the contract and highlighted changes with reference to previous invitation to bid
• Developed price & un-price proposal documents; rechecked proposal document as per bid document requirement
4) LSTK Project - PP Project at Panipat; Client: Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Panipat, India; Period: Apr’09 - Jul’09: Project Size: $ 300+ Million; Role: Project Engineer - Spare management
Responsibilities:
• Created customized Spare Interchangeability Format; issued to + 150 vendors and followed to get backed filled from all; issued to client and got approval
5) FEED for CDU / VDU Unit -WorkShare Project; Client:Taneco Refinery and Petrochemicals Complex; Period: Aug’08 - Mar’09; Project Size:200, 000+ Man-hours / $1+ Billion; Role:Project & P&ID Engineer
