Roles and Responsibility
➢ Setting exchange targets to each territories in coordination with New Car & TV Manager.

➢ Generating daily exchange reports territory wise with details of enquiry penetration, exchange conversion and exchanges finalized in healthy bookings..


➢ Coordinating with each sourcing team leaders and Outlet Managers for immediately settling the pending hot cases.

➢ Coordinate for arranging exchange training for all the newly joined & poor performance DSE.

➢ Collecting all the documents of exchange loyalty claims and submitting to MSIL in time.

➢ Giving the status of Loyalty approval to Management before MSIL takes final reports for loyalty payment. Any discrepancies found to be corrected before final date of report generation to coordinate with MSIL in this regard, so that dealer will not loose any single case.
