EXPERIENCE:
a) Presently I have been working as CEO of CAT Engineering Company, Dhaka. Since: Oct.-2010 to till now. This company main works is Import & Export, Indenting, Trading, Manufacturing etc.
Responsibilities:
1. Import all kinds of Spares for PP woven bag Industry machinery, Textile & Spinning machinery spares, Poultry Feed Industry, Cement Plant machinery spares.
2. Indenting same machinery from Korea, Taiwan, Germany, India and China. We have local agreements for dealing various foreign company machinery
3. We have maintain Spares inventory in our own store. Many kinds of machinery spares we import and sale in Bangladesh market.
4. We Import plastic Raw materials for Pet, PP woven bag and all kinds of plastics resin.
5. We already build up MAX Fashion garments Trading company and export to UK and Malaysia.
b) I have been working as a Sr.Factory Manager (Process, Operation & Main.-Elec./Mechanical) 24th July 2005 to 30-Sep.-2010 in the Largest Cement & Cement bag manufacturing plant under the project of Seven Circle (Bangladesh) Ltd. at Kaligonj, Gazipur. Production capacity 45 Lac bag per month also delivered the quantity of bags.
Responsibilities :
1. In charge of Bag Plant I am handling Production, Mechanical, Electrical and Quality department.
2. Production planning & schedule wise delivery confirmation.
3. Delivery empty bags as per schedule given by sales department.
4. Every day sit with production people for production related issue and advise DPM/APM/Shift in charge to increase production and rectify any problem.
5. Maintain factory administration as per administration law.
6. Inspect all machinery If there is any Electrical & Mechanical problem advised respective department to solve Instantly.
7. Every day check maintenance resister for reduce/control spare parts consumption each section.
8. Ensure clean and safe factory Environment.
9. Report to GM (Bag) & Sales Dept. pending order status daily basis.
10. Maintain email correspondence regularly.
11. Everyday check RM/Spare stock regularly and inform H.O/Procurement Director/ GM (Bag) if there is any shortage.
12. Everyday must visit Recycle P.P plant for confirm quality out put.
13. Keep in touch with mkt. department regarding empty bag stock position.
14. Prepare production planning by discussing with Mkt. department regularly.
15. Record daily production schedule in a separate register and order P.O/A.P.M to follow.
16. Every day check & control wastage report before submitting to Sr.GM (Bag & Power Plant)
17. Sit with Q.C department for quality related parameters and advise Q.C department head to rectify problem if any.
18. Every day check per meter fabric wt. and advise QC department if any variation.
19. Advise QC department to confirm quality parameters of individual brands.
20. Every day maintain a coordination meeting with our Production /Mechanical/ Electrical department and advise sectional maintenance works.
21. Erection of machineries related to the Cement & Bag manufacturing plant.
22. New project implementation & financial aspects.
23. Analysis of drawing, designs, project estimate & preparation of project work.
24. Economical budget making for our Plant yearly/monthly basis.
25. Controlling of man power 313 person
26. Utility control for related of plastic bag & Cement manufacturing plant.
27. Control and save the petrochemical item PP (raw material).
c) I worked as a Manager (Production) in the bag plant under the project of Ananda Group of Industries ltd. From 01-06-2003 to 30-06-2005.
Responsibilities:
1. Plant process control and operation maintenance.
2. Erection of machineries related to the Bag manufacturing plant.
3. New project implementation & financial aspects.
4. Preparing commercial data for investment.
5. Analysis of drawing, designs, project estimate & preparation of project work.
6. To supervise to the project construction work & erection work.
7. Schedule wise monthly Production target & Delivery control.
8. Ensuring Schedule wise perfect factory machinery maintenance.
9. To maintain discipline of factory floor.
10. Liaison maintain with Mechanical & Electrical department for maintenance related issues

12. Utility control with 30 ton chiller control for related of plastic bag manufacturing plant.

d) I worked as an Asst. Manager (Production) in the United Fiber Industries Ltd. A sister concern of Meghna Group of Industries Ltd. From 01-01-2000 to 30-05-2003.
Responsibilities:
1. Shift wise fill up production target and keep low wastage percentage.
2. Erection of machineries related to the Bag manufacturing plant.
3. Analysis of drawing, designs, project estimate & preparation of project work.
4. To supervise the project construction work & erection work.
5. Plant process control and operation maintenance.
6. Schedule wise monthly Production & Delivery control.
7. Ensuring Schedule wise perfect factory machinery maintenance.
e) I worked as a Production Engineer in the export oriented P.P Woven bag plant under the project of Sino-Bangla Industries ltd. From 01-05-1996 to 30-12-2000.
Responsibilities:
1. Shift wise fill up production target and keep low wastage percentage.
2. Ensuring Schedule wise perfect factory machinery maintenance.
3. Schedule wise monthly Production target and Delivery controlling.
4. Plant process control and operation maintenance.
