Responsibilities:
Lead and Communicate with PRIMACO Field Supervision, Subcontractors and Vendors to assist
them in working to the Project Schedule as it pertains to MEP’s
Represent PRIMACO with Owner(s), Architects, Consultants, Government Authorities, Vendors
and Subcontractors
Administer financial aspects of the Owner’s contract, subcontracts, and purchase orders
Build effective working relationships with clients and the PRIMACO project team members
Project Start-Up
Review the general contract and contract documents and confirm the budget setup and project
milestones in conjunction with Project Lead
Create a schedule of values and project logs, plan for project safety and mobilization, including
review and validation with team members
Purchasing process and document control
Maintain the buy schedule, write scopes of work, distribute and log subcontracts, write required
contract riders and purchase orders, and confirm compliance with project insurance
requirements
Review subcontractor references, obtain Subcontractor bonds, and maintain project files
Maintain and manage all purchase and delivery schedules, change order processes, shop
drawings, document control logs, Owner, Architect and Subcontractor correspondence
Work with Purchasing in setting up/executing trade buyout including: defining scope of work,
authoring Exhibit B’s, ensuring scope coverage, coordinating buy and project schedules
Meeting Management
Attend all schedule and management MEP meetings necessary to monitor and manage the
project, chairing as appropriate
Financial Management
Manage all requisitions and payments including lien releases and project payroll and maintains
best possible cash flow throughout the project, communicating issues proactively
Project Closeout
Deliver all necessary manuals to the Owner, consolidates project documentation and files
Manage subcontractor closeout, transfer of utilities, owner training, and punch list process
Deliver all warranties, as-builts and training to the owner.

LEAD COMMISSIONING ENGINEER (Reportable to COMMISSIONING MANAGER)
In charge for over all Commissioning of Mechanical that include piping and equipment for building services i.e. HVAC, Piping, Fire fighting and Drainage. Moreover lead for all commissioning team that include Electrical and BMS.
Experience in installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning & operation of large size heating, ventilation & air conditioning systems comprising of chillers, HVAC equipments, cooling towers, piping and building management system.
My Responsibility includes: Prepare and review Procedures according to Project specification for Pre Commissioning and
Commissioning activities of the systems.
- Plan and Monitor daily activities for Commissioning engineers of each system.
- Coordinate with construction team as to proper execution of work in conformance to Inspection
and Test Plans, Method Statements and Approved changes that will lead to proper commissioning.
- Responsible to maintain all relevant records pertaining to pre- commissioning and commissioning and also ensure that the activities are carried out in accordance with relevant industry standards.
- knowledge of relevant commissioning codes like BISRIA, CIBSE, NEBB & ASHRAE etc
- To manage commissioning of HVAC equipment like Screw/reciprocating Air cooled liquid chillers, Cooling towers, AHUs, VAV's, Package/central splits, FCU, chemical dosing pump & Ozone Generators etc
- To manager chilled water system commissioning & balancing using flow meter, chilled water piping flushing procedure & chilled water chemical treatment.
- To manage commissioning of BMS & HVAC electrical Control systems. Air distribution systems commissioning & Air balancing using micro manometer & Pitot tube etc.
- To prepare and proper documentation of Testing & Commissioning procedures, method statement, pre commissioning static checks & other Testing and commissioning activities.
- To arrange witness & approval of test result by consultant/client.

QA/QC MECHANICAL ENGINEER/COMMISSIONING ENGINEER (Reportable to SERVICE MANAGER)
In charge Inspection and Commissioning for Mechanical Works that include HVAC (Air Distribution Systems, AHUs, VAVs, Chilled Water Piping) PLUMBING (Underground Sewage and Drainage systems, Water Distribution Systems) and FIRE FIGHTING.
My Responsibility included:
- Conduct daily field inspection as per ITPs and monitoring works to ensure that all ongoing activities conform to the approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with the owner’s representative for site inspections and make follow up until closure in inspections.
- Coordinate with my team as to proper execution of work in conformance to Inspection and Test Plans, Method Statements and Approved changes.
- Perform pre-inspection to ensure that all installed materials are within the standard in conformance to applicable drawings & specs.
- Conduct final inspection with owner’s representative and assist on hand over process for quality related matters
- Conduct ISO 9001:2008 audits to subcontractor/suppliers along with Lead Auditor/QA Supervisor.
Maintenance Engineer for Mechanical work i.e. HVAC, PLUMBING and FIRE FIGHTING. My Responsibility included:
- Troubleshoot technical problems for equipment and systems to quickly resolve any issue.
- Performed routine maintenance to ensure proper and efficient functioning of equipment and systems.
- Reading blueprints and product manuals to diagnose problems and then using a variety of tools to make adjustments or repairs.
- Coordinating with manufacturers or ordering parts and supplies to resolve technical issues.
PROJECT:
KING ABDULLAH UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY \[A SAUDI ARAMCO AND SAUDI OGER PROJECT\]
In charge Installation for Mechanical Works including HVAC (Air Distribution Systems, AHUs, VAVs, Chilled Water Piping) PLUMBING (Sewage and Drainage Systems, Water Distribution Systems) and FIRE FIGHTING. My Responsibility included
- Supervision at site to ensure work quality and time management for dead lines of project.
- Prepare monthly, weekly and daily progress reports for installation of Networks and equipments.
- Plan and design routines for next stage installation of utilities.
- Management of manpower to achieve maximum output with minimum resources.
- Prepare as- built drawings for changes in routing for networks of utilities.
- Plan and coordinate to ensure no or minimal change in design for utilities while re routing.
TRAINEE ENGINEER, MAINTENANCE AND SERVICES DEPARTMENT (Reportable to Maintenance Engineer)
Concluded a mandatory 6 weeks internship integrated with two technical projects. Successfully
Completed projects on “De-scaling procedure of Intercoolers for Centrifugal compressors at ICI Plant”
And “Increasing life of current valves and recommendations for alternative valves used in Reciprocating
Compressors at ICI Plant”.
Worked as a part time Teaching Assistant for preparatory classes for pre university exams.
