Scheduling
•Evaluate the planning and scheduling data collected from contractors and advises management to plan and potential corrective action and/or impact to the project.
•Check the quality of schedule submit by different contractors as per Saudi Aramco procedure and standards.
•Integrate contractors schedule in a one program to evaluate the interface of dependency of drilling and different projects.
•Participate in the preparation of planning and scheduling control systems.
•Review and analysis of Contractors initial Planning Package (Schedules, Network, CPA, procedures etc.)
•Carry out Schedule Risk Analysis. Identify schedule slippages and potential slippages, develop, and propose mitigation actions.
•Manages and monitors the progress of each project from design to completion and final hand-over.
•Ensures appropriate coordination of various project activities in all different phases. Coordinates planning, design, engineering, technical and quality controls, cost control, etc. to ensure timely and smooth progress of works.
•Prepares schedule performance measurements reports, forecasts and studies.
•Studies claims and variations of consultants and contractors in coordination with Projects Engineer & Project Control Division, to prepare cases for managements review and approval.

•Monthly Primavera Level IV plan update and submission to Client.
•Integrating Client proposed milestones and subcontractor plans in Master Plan.
•Purpose alternate or mitigation plans to overcome any delays incurred in project.
•Monthly workload, man-power and resource management plans preparation.
•Critical Path Analysis and strong tracking of critical activities, suggesting alternate plans to avoid delay in critical activities.
•Monthly Monitoring, Updating and Analyzing Project Progress and Budgeted Man Hours with reference to Approved Base Line Schedule.
•Current and Forecast Man-Power Histograms / Man-Power Projections for Efficient Man-power Management.
•Monthly Project Status Presentation using following Project Performance Measuring Tools:
•S-Curve, Efficiency Reports, Performance Factors, Schedule Variance, Schedule Performance Index,
•Cost Variance, Cost Performance Index, Estimate at Completion and Estimate to Completion.
