Ensuring Entire journal voucher as well as invoices related to expenses, revenues, personnel, fixed assets, bank, and intercompany transactions being booked in the system.

Provided assistance to the Financial Manager regarding the preparation of Budgets.

Set up monthly target for the collection and to take necessary actions to improve the collections.

Developed management reports such as Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, Trail Balance, and Stock Aging Report,
Receivable Aging Reports, Payables Aging Reports thereby submitted to the management on time.

Monthly adjusting entries related to prepaid expenses, outstanding expenses and amortization.

Updating the Fixed Asset Register of the concerned company in terms of additions, disposals, transfers and depreciation, and reconciles balances with the General Ledger.

Providing assistance to the Controller in timely submission of Financial Statements.

Assessing the Profit & Loss accounts and hence developing the balance sheet account reconciliations; interfacing with the auditors; handling various other duties as per requirements.

Iner-company and bank reconciliation at the end of each month and pass the necessary journals to eliminate discrepancies.
