Responsibilities
Co-ordination and supervision of technical aspects of construction projects
Planning for the project and monitoring on the site.
Main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, craftspeople and operatives.
liaise with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with local construction regulations
and by-laws

required
