Responsibilities :
Worked as a Project Site Manager in LINXON Saudi Arabia. My responsibilities were in addition to performing tender site visits and subcontractor Pre-qualification, was mainly to ensure smooth execution and overall project site management (Civil, installation, Testing & Commissioning works) up to successful energization. Deliver Safely, On Time with best Quality to the client, including PQ, review and selection of suitable subcontractors with SCM team.

Project Involved :
1) Al Mursalat Portion 2 -Expansion Project Works at S/S9011 @ Majmah

Resposnibilities:
 Holds the responsibility as project manager representative at site to ensure smooth execution from date of receiving project site till handing over to end user / customer.
 Monitoring and controlling Civil, Installation, Testing & Commissioning works in-line with the approved drawings and technical specification, with due consideration to the work progress in allotted time by proper planning and supervising the same.
 To liaise with Client / Consultant representatives for execution of all on field activities.
 Preparation of Overall installation schedule as base for start of work execution and monthly, bi-weekly and daily site reports for project manager perusal.
 Resource Planning for Site works (Manpower, Tools & Equipment)
 Ensure correct Material handling, storage inside site premises.
 Assuring recommended quality on the site including Non Conformance Reporting (NCR)
 Monitor actual cost spent against forecast and manage petty cash & local purchases.
 Propose schedule for and assist PM in change order and reworks approval from Client.
 Assist PM in finalization of suitable suppliers (technical reviews)
 Preparation / Review of Method Statements and Risk Assessment (activity wise)
 Implement the approved, up-to-date construction ABB HSE Plan in respect of each task and direct site OHS & Security team as necessary.
 Coordination with Mechanical, HVAC & Civil sub-contractors to ensure proper execution of the work in line with the Technical Specification of the Client.
 Co-ordination with heavy equipment (380kV & 132kV GIS’ & 502MVA Power Transformers etc) manufacturer representatives for erection of the same.

Design, Purchase and Operation)
Projects Involved : 1) New Out Patient Building (B+G+3) and Car Park Building (G+7)

Responsibilities :  Responsible for assuring effective planning, organization, directing,
evaluating and operation of the Facilities (support services)
department of the entire hospital (143 Beds )
 Coordinate purchasing of items required for operation and
maintenance activities.
 Review and validate contracts for Annual Maintenance works and
subcontractor maintenance
 Reviewing of tender drawings, material submittals and technical
specification for the Electrical Section for the new Bed Tower
(2B+G+7) project.
 To ensure management and execution of preventive maintenance of all
electrical equipment as per schedule

2) ADWEA Contract No. N-1999 - Supply and Installation of new
132/11kV substations at E14 & W47
