1. Key Briefings, Concept Notes, Project Proposal and Presentations for Chairman, NADRA with the intended audience including Respectable ministers and concerned ministries.
2. Successful bids and proposals for Pakistan Engineering Council (biometric/ facial voting system), FIJI Election Management System (2016), Result Transmission System and Internet Voting for Overseas Pakistanis, Tax Broadening for FBR, E-Stamping Solutions for Government Offices/Departments, International NGO Monitoring.
3. Successful project implementation of Internet Voting for By-Elections, 2018 (with 6000 approx. votes casted successfully) and Result Transmission System for the General Elections and By-Elections, 2018, Pakistan. Coordinating operations nation-wide, leading 2600 employees. As a result, 194, 500 officers, 849 Returning Officers and 150 District Returning Officers were trained and deployed to conduct the elections - aiming automation of the entire election process.
4. Serving as a project strategist for Internet Voting for Overseas Pakistanis, enabling registration of 7 Million potential voters of Pakistan residing abroad.
1. Strategy formation with Board of Directors aimed at market opportunities and business growth.
2. Designed several MIS and ERP solutions for various organizations with over 3000 licenses sold.
3. Overseeing development and design of several mainstream Mobile Application for international clientele.
4. Quarterly progress review meetings with 100 percent satisfaction level of all stakeholders towards the performance of each project.
5. Partnerships and clients include GIZ, The World Bank, NADRA, USAID and other international iNGOs and multinational organizations.

• Conceptualized GD key products for U.S based market (earning substantial yearly revenue). We sold all our products to a U.S based firm after 1 year of operation for 1 Million USD.

2. Promoted to Company Partner in 2015 (of 33 percent)
3. Company was sold for profit to U.S based investor in Dec, 2015.
Hired upon The World Bank’s approval for the 46.7 Billion dollar project namely Citizens’ Damage Compensation Programme (CDCP) Phase II. I was responsible for setting up the Training Department with 78 Master Trainers deployed nation-wide. Achievements:
1. Conducted over 144 Key Workshops nation-wide with 78 Master Trainers trained.
2. CDCP was ranked in Top 10 World Bank Financial Inclusion programs of 2014 with Training & Development (Capacity Building) marked as a major (contributing) success factor.
3. As part of the core consultancy team, CDCP Phase II achieved CMMI Level 3 certification.
Managed the Technical Writing & Communication global team in Egypt, Kuwait, Lebanon and Lahore; ensuring writing projects were completed in time. Developed User Manuals, Training Material & relevant Business Documents for the product TABS (Telecommunication Administration & Billing System).
Templates for User Manuals, Business Guides, Quick Start Guides, Functional Specifications, Product Demos and Product Presentations.
Achievements:
1. Developed Course Material for ITS Academy on 146 Telecommunication modules of TABS.
2. Successful delivery of all Documentation requirements without missing a single deadline.
