Project Details: Zaabeel Palace Hospitality (ZPH) ERP handles all the enterprise data from all of the departments. Epicor iScala handles the data from Procurement, Finance, Equipment and Stores departments. Whereas the other departments including Reservation, Kitchen, Stewarding, Food Loading, Transport, Security, Facility Management, Hygiene and Quality Assurance departments use the customized applications developed in the above mentioned .net tools. Some of the departments use web whereas the others use desktop interface.
My Contribution: I provided functional consultancy on most of the modules and technical consultancy by developing the customization required. I developed desktop and web applications to suite the custom needs of Security, Reservation, Housekeeping, Hygiene, Quality Assurance and Food Loading departments.
• Epicor Human Capital Management (HCM)
Tools: Epicor HCM, MS SQL Server, MS Sql Service Reporting Services
Details: All of the HR management operations at Zaabeel Palace Hospitality are being performed using Epircor HCM. Its functionalities include candidate registration, selection and hiring process, employee positions and jobs, leaves, performance evaluation and promotion, salary management, disciplinary action, resignation and firing. Its features include self-service for employees and candidates, data integrity through workflow routing and alerts, customization feature allowing to add/edit functionalities and the ability to add/change reports through MS SQL Reporting Services.
My Contribution: I provided technical and functional consultancy for the project. I trained the users and added/changed functionalities and reports to cater to their custom needs. http://www.epicor.com/products/hcm.aspx
• ZPH Food Delivery App
Tools: C#, Windows Phone 8, .Net 4, SQLite ASP.Net Web-API, Microsoft Entity Framework, MS SQL Server
Product Details: This windows phone application is being used by the Zaaabeel Palace Hospitality’s transport department to get feedback from the customers about the successful delivery of orders. The application’s client gets the latest data from the ERP server whenever the device is in the company’s premises and uploads if it has any changes. When the data is synched, the driver takes the device with him when he drives to customer’s location to deliver the order. The customer marks the successfully delivered items along with his feedback and signature.
My Contribution: I implemented the client and server ends of the application using the mentioned tools.

AMS is a web based enterprise level solution which serves the purpose of POS, Vehicle management, working cafeteria, Vehicle price management and order management for retailers of Mercedes-Benz and Porsche in Sydney, Australia. Service end of the project is implemented through Microsoft Entity Framework and Web-APIs. Whereas the client end is developed in ASP.Net MVC 4.0 Razor Syntax, JSon and JQuery. The project has a license/business card reader module implemented using OpenCV. The site-administrator part of AMS has been developed in Sencha Ext JS.

This Content Management System (CMS) is developed using Orchard. Theme and other extensions in the CMS have been done using Asp.Net MVC. It has content related to Citroen vehicles, inquiries, office locations, showrooms etc. The admin user can manage all the content of the website through the Orchard’s Admin facility.
• Auto Service Management (ASM)
ASM is a web based solution for auto mobile workshops. All the vehicle service related functionalities can be performed with ease using this solution, including vehicle inspection, service advisor and technician interfaces, approval mechanisms, repair/service details, loan a car, receipts etc. Service end of the project is implemented through Microsoft Entity Framework and Web-APIs.

The website is for a construction company. It lists their services, jobs, projects and contact information. It has an admin side as well as a client side, so that the administrator could add/update/delete the jobs, projects, contact information and other contents. Its client side has been developed in ASP.Net MVC 4.0 Razor Syntax, JSon and JQuery. Whereas its admin side has been developed in Ext JS.

• Phases Rehab
Phases Rehab is to facilitate physiotherapists in managing exercises, patients, sessions, protocols, presets. It is user friendly and intuitive user interface. It allows user to operate in network mode and standalone mode. When in network mode, changes made are synced whenever the server database is online. Other features include exercise videos and printing/emailing session reports.

• Risk Application
Risk Application is used by corporate level users of stock markets. Riskapplication gathers daily clients’ data from different sources like Bloomberg, Geneva, etc. After loading data in database, user is enabled to view its reports and charts.
