Key Responsibilities.
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Check PC units for unnecessary software installed.
• Private Vlan, POE, and Ether channel.
• HSRP, VRRP, Tracking SLA, PACL, and VACP.
• Termination and color-coding of cat6 cable.
• Troubleshooting problems and providing a timely solution.
• Configuration of VLAN and trunk, native Vlan and inter VLAN routing,
• Configuration of LAN and DHCP, IOS and configuration backup, SSH, telnet, multiarea and redistribution, and subnetting.
• PTCL DSL Modem Configuration and LAN IP and WAN IP Configuration.
• Security System Installation IP Camera NVR Setup Remote Access Troubleshooting
• Technical Problems and Implementing Solutions.
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining windows server, Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, Group Policies
Key Responsibilities.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding on time to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the company
• Setting up accounts for new users
• Site-to-site VPN connectivity.
• NATING and port forwarding.
• IPsec over DMVPN and IPsec with NAT policy.
• Networking, Hardware/Software troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot issues relating to all network problems.
• Internetworking of Head office with Branch offices.
• Maintain management software and all-important update.
• Set restrictions on social media accessible from PCs and mobile.
• Configuring Routing Protocols (RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP)
• Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers, etc.)
• Troubleshoot Active Directory communication issues.
• Maintain and troubleshoot FTP, HTTP, SSL, DNS, and SMTP mail flow.
• Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
• Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance
• Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
• Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment
• Support and troubleshooting third-party software, installing Rack devices, and cabling.
