Cost Analysis & Estimation of Telco and Power Projects.
Responsible for the Initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling 2G, 3G RAN & BSS, Swap, Rollout, re-location and expansion projects.

Support, create and execute customer acceptance test procedures (ATP’s).
Analyze and approve changes to computing infrastructures.
Adhere to security and QHSE regulations and rules.
Meeting with telecom vendors and operators for Implementation of project.
Supervise Installation and commissioning of HUAWEI RTN 980/950/905 and HUAWEI BTS 3900/3900A.
Supervise Installation and commissioning of Ericsson RBS 6000 Family (6101, 6201, 6301, and 6102) BTS and Minilink (CN210, AMM2pB, AMM6pC, AMM20pB).
Supervise Installation and commissioning of 1+0, 1+1, XPIC 2+0 links of size (0.3m, 0.6m, 0.9m. 1.2m, 1.8m)
Manage and Supervised LOS surveys and Implementation of NEC and NSN MW Flexi Hopper (BB & Access Links) links all over the Pakistan with Telenor
