• Supervise sales and showroom activities & Implement required marketing strategies.

• Generated weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports on sale operations and analyzed customer buying patterns and predicting future trends for managing stock levels.
• Responsible to control of procurement and inventory (over $175 million) levels according to company guidelines.
• Reviewed orders to determine product types and quantities required to meet demand resale of products.
• Handled key inventory tasks and monitored for inventory discrepancies, reviewed existing inventory control practices and revised as necessary.
• Manage an inventory of 50000+ line items.
