Provide pro-active support to senior management in the areas of employee relations, organizational effectiveness, performance management, training and development, recruitment and manpower planning.
Developing and implementing Recruitment, Qatarization and training strategies.
Work at a strategic and operational level to manage all HR related processes and procedures that affect people at work, including performance management, discipline, compliance, employment law, conflict resolution, employee communication, employee welfare and dealing with government bodies.
Recruitment
Advertising, CV filtering, Candidate Testing, Reference Checks, Interviewing, Salary Negotiation, Contract Preparation and On-boarding.
Compensation and Benefits
Annual Staff Cost projection, budgeting and tracking, Payroll administration, Salary Surveys, Bonus / Incentive / Commission calculation and payout, Market Data analysis, Pension administration and reporting, End of Service Benefits calculation, International Managers / Secondees Relocation, Monthly provisions, Suspense Accounts management and Travel Allowance payment.
Manpower Planning
Implement business plans, Meet staffing needs, Ensure recruitment is within approved headcount. Provide Qatarisation solutions, increasing part-time employment and job sharing and identify future business requirements.
Performance Management
Objectives setting, Appraisal, Calibration, Appeal, Managing underperformers, Performance Development Plans and Distribution Curve implementation.
Relationship Management
Strengthen the relationship between HR and other departments. Running awareness sessions on HR Policies and Procedures, Brokering HR services, Supporting department Heads in Staff Management and Identifying training needs.
HR Administration
Leave System Management, Medical Scheme Management, Staff Letters Preparation, MoL and Planning Council Returns, Handling of Staff Files
In addition to Grievance Management, Counselling, Career Advisory, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Job evaluations, Off-boarding, Disciplinary actions, Diversity implementation, Redundancy management and Qatarisation.
