Analyzing the specialized jobs by Identifying their potential risks and financial/schedule impacts, preparing their bid packages and inviting potential sub-contractors with expertise and skills.
Evaluation, selection and pre-qualification of subcontractors, on the basis of the company procedures, their past experience and available assets
Developing strategy for subcontracting in consultation with company management, Project manager and manager contracts.
Distribution of bid documents to sub-contractors with all necessary details.
Evaluating the technical and financial details and expertise of the successful bidders and preparation of comparison for technical expertise and cash flow in coordination with finance and engineering managers.
Issuing from time to time any details, updates as bid bulletins to the subcontractors to comply and eliminate any possible ambiguities.
After decision, award of job to successful subcontractor and making sure that all technical, contractual and financial requirements are met.
Keeping close focus on contractual milestone dates and advises Manager Contracts for any action, well in time
Keeping close coordination with subcontractors to evaluate their efficiency and compliance with schedule and policies.
Handsome correspondence well in time and maintaining up to date records to deal with any claims and/or delays.
