Scope of work
• Responsible for preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance of 8 No’s of production facilities for their production machineries, Air conditioning systems, Mechanical & Electrical equipment which includes vapour absorption Chillers, Air handling units, Chilled water systems, Screw type Air compressors, Oil fired ovens, plumbing and pumps, Firefighting systems, , Drainage systems etc.
• Planning, scheduling and executing maintenance jobs
• Creating Material requests and following up procurement procedures to ensure timely delivery of spares.
• Conducting site inspections for the completed jobs to ensure it has been done as per the planned procedures.
• Coordinating with planning and production departments and submitting periodic reports.
• Verifying sub-contractor’s maintenance reports and chasing them to follow SLA & KPI.
• Attending Quality meetings and discussing concerns and setbacks if any and preparing maintenance documents as per ISO 9001 Procedures.

• Responsible for preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance of reciprocating Chillers, Air handling units, Fan coil units, chilled water systems, plumbing and pumps, Fire fighting systems, Elevators and Escalators, Drainage systems etc.
• Planning, scheduling and executing maintenance jobs
• Creating service requests and work orders and monitoring the work flow through Maximo system.
• Conducting site inspections for the completed jobs to ensure it has been done as per the planned procedures.
• Coordinating with clients and submitting periodic reports.
• Collecting quotations from vendors and procuring materials through concerned departme

• Responsible for maintenance activities for 7 TPH FBC Boiler, Rice mill machineries, Elevators and Conveyors, Atlas Copco Air Compressors, Refrigeration type Air driers. Boiler feed water pumps, Centrifugal type stage pumps.

Scope of work
• Responsible for all activities associated with maintenance including predictive, preventive, and corrective for the Reciprocating Chillers, Chilled water pumps, Package and Split units, Cold rooms, Air conditioning systems and other building utilities in various Palaces across Saudi Arabia.
• Planning, scheduling and executing various Projects.
• Work scheduling and assigning employees, filling daily log sheets, preparing work orders and inspecting work as per given task list
• Conducting Root cause analysis of equipment failures and taking corrective measures to avoid similar failures in future.
• Manage technicians and contactors to complete various projects within the planned time and budget.
• Maintaining various records as required by the company
• Work closely with the various departments to ensure that all machine downtime and/or quality problems are given immediate attention.
• Ensure the quality of the work and that the machines/Equipments are handed over in time after completing the maintenance work
