Responsibilities:
• Receiving Orders from customers and Preparing Proforma Invoices and send to customers for the final confirmation.
• Once we get confirmation from customers, Prepare Purchase Orders and provide them to the respective suppliers for production.
• Assisting Sales Director in the process of price estimation for each customer.
• Notify customers for the price increase and decrease.
• Update new Sell Prices and Buy Prices in EBS.
• Create new Item code in EBS and update all other details for new items (UPC, Item description, Weights, categories etc.)
• Analyze Master data which includes Pricing, UPC Codes, etc. to closely monitor performance and use this to implement improvements in delivery performance.
• Extracting Sales Data and other reports from the ERP and reporting to the Manager.
• Preparing various reports demonstrating Sales Comparison, Pending Sales Orders, and Inventory Reports etc.
• Receiving and respond to customer complaints and finding solutions.
• Supporting Global Export USA daily business operational-related activities regularly.
• Coordinating with customers and preparing Sales Orders, Invoices and Shipping Documents
• Assisting Sales Director in the process of price estimation for customers
• Prepare Purchase Orders and provide them to the respective suppliers for production
• Extracting Sales Data from the ERP and reporting to the Manager
• Analyze Master data which includes Pricing, UPC Codes, etc to closely monitor performance and use this to implement improvements in delivery performance

• Tracking the shipping status and updating the same with customers
• Verifying with Warehouse for arrival of goods and ensuring prompt shipment to customers
• Verifying customer order information for correctness, checking it against previously obtained information as necessary
• Direct specified departments or units to prepare and ship orders to designated locations
• Receive and respond to customer complaints
