Finance: Prepare annual budgets and quarterly forecasts. Ensuring timely preparation of monthly financials, annual reports, analyse expenditure on a monthly basis. Comparison of financials with budgets, YOY comparisons and highlight to management for variance and necessary action. Prepare financial feasibility for capital expenditures, Formulate incentive program for sales and other departments. Develop various MIS, KPIs, dash boards etc. to help business for business decisions. Initiatives to reduce SG&A

Accounting Functions: Finalize monthly financial statements in accordance with IFRS and corporate guidelines. Formulate and implement policies to enhance overall efficiency of the organization such as Credit Policy, Purchase Policy, Delegation of Authority or SOP for various operations etc.

Control Functions: Managing Order to Cash (O2C) process such as customer collections, promotion feasibility evaluations, formulate pricing for different segment of business, Purchase to Pay process etc.

Inventory Management: Analyse and providing key inventory reports such as Inventory ageing by category, category wise DIO, comparison of actual with budget levels, slow moving and non- moving stock etc. Purchase order (PO) evaluation before ordering. Providing financial analysis to business to reduce aged inventory and working capital requirement.
