Leading the team of QC Inspector and QC Technician.
Preparation of inspection and test plans and check-list, jointly with Site In-charges.
Implementation of the Quality Control programme for the project & Co-ordinating with the site team to ensure the company quality standards.
Routine site inspections.
Completion of necessary documentation to verify the work performed.
Ensuring that inspection systems and controls are implemented.
Ensuring that all test reports are verified to meet the contract requirements. Issue and administer Non Conformance Reports as necessary and ensure follow-up.
Analysis of NCRs for determination of route cause. Report to the Project QA/QC Manager any deficiencies in the operation of Quality Management & Control System.
Monitor quality control & ensuring on-going site construction activities are as per approved Shop drawings, method statement & project specifications.
Liasoning & co-ordinating with the engineers inspectors with QC inspector for all issues for inspection & getting the inspection approval.
Ensuring all material deliveries for the site are as per approved material submittals. Also monitoring the testing of all required materials are as per ASTM/ACI / BS codes for that specified material as per project specifications or General testing requirements.
