 Obtain forecast from sales team and review the same with inventory controller
 Extensively negotiate price and shipment schedule with suppliers.
 Maintain cordial relationship with suppliers while acting in best interest of company.
 In case of quality issue, raise the same to suppliers for appropriate action and raise claim as and when necessary.
 Ensure that documentation received from suppliers is complete and proper
 Co-ordinate with logistics dept for clearance of shipments on daily basis.
 Obtain market information and provide market insight to management team and sales team. .
 Liaison with accounts department for timely payment to suppliers, maintain professional relationship with suppliers
 Plan and work to achieve the purchase target.

•Accountable for developing and implementing a product marketing plan
•Develops and implements product working capital.
•Responds to customer inquiries, both internal and external
•Develops and implements promotional activities
•To track FOB~MRP throughput and review
•Complete interaction with the customer and initiating best service.
•Gathers product information from distributors, dealers
•Provide regular feedback to the various logistic teams to ensure efficiency for delivery of products and information
•Give information about the due dates
•Manage Vendor and distributor to ensure best relationship
•Supervise the warranty and repair process
