❖ Successfully enriched the knowledge level of medical staff of Al-wafaa, a 400 bed hospital; and helped them attain the Central Board of Accreditation of Healthcare Institutions (CBAHI) certification.

Driving Quality and Business Excellence initiatives including Lean, Six Sigma, EFQM, BPMS, Knowledge management, ISO, Mystery shopping, by interacting with Regional level executives. This is a senior-level managerial role reporting to Executive Vice President, Quality.

❖ Improved the productivity of new sales teams to 65% from 39% by launching project - Proactive in Sales, Operations and Training Departments across 14 offices, in Delhi & NCR.
