The Training Business Manager Establishes The Overall Direction Of The Training Business, Leads Training Teams, Develops The Profession And Maintain The Overall Quality & Service Level Professionalism Of The Offered Training Services. The Training Business Manager Is A Market Liaison And Developer Member Of The Organization Who Works With Professional Instructors To Create And Develop Professional Training Materials, Deliver Splendid Training Events And Streamline Instructor Assignments.
The Training Business Manager Is Charged With The Overall Training Events Available At Any Given
Time.
Responsible for the successful leadership and management of the organization according to the strategic direction set by the Board of Directors.
As a Branch Manager for a company specialized in IT training my responsibilities are:
1) Planning and quality control to support business goals.
2) Planning and modifying the Branch courses schedules .
3) Executive coaching and allocating tasks on different teams such as instructors, Customer Service staff and training coordinators to reach a specific goal in their professional development.
4) Monitoring the training environment and making sure it is healthy and organized.
5) Executive coaching instructors and supervising the training process.
6) Executive coaching Customer Service staff and monitoring process, how they handle clients especially in case of course cancellation and handling clients' complaints effectively to ensure customers' satisfaction.
7) People management skills to be able to handle the diverse group of staff and conflict situations that could arise in the workplace and experience and qualifications in managing complex projects covering cross functional teams.
8) Excellent communication, verbal, written and presentation skills.
