RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for all facade and GFRC activities at height and on edges.
2. Complying with the client and consultant HSE policies and fully implementation of HSE rules on site.
3. Ensuring temporary work permits are followed up, and activities are taking place accordingly.
4. Attending safety meetings and seminars. Reporting and discussing all safety issues to the management.
5. Follow permit to work system and delivering tool box talk on weekly and daily basis.
6. Monitor loading and unloading activities and teaching lifting techniques to workers.
7. Performs investigation and responds to complaints related to the release of natural gas or hazardous liquids from pipeline facilities.
8. Investigate incidents, determine root cause and develop corrective action.
9. Conduct field inspections of pipeline facilities, transportation systems and construction sites to evaluate safety and performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Complying with Dubai Municipality, RTA and DEWA requirements. And dealing with legislation in case of violation.
2. Performed periodic EHS inspections of work areas and equipment to ensure worker safety.

8. Developing, managing and monitoring the Work Permit procedures and applications.
9. Daily inspection of electric tools, cables etc. and provide information to employees about electric hazards like: shock, burns, blast, fire & explosion, and fuel. Teaching the technique of use of electric tools and equipment’s.
10. Monitor the loading and unloading activities and teaching the lifting technique to workers.
11. Making arrangements for standard protective barriers to protect workers and materials from falling.
