Log incoming faults on system(OWS tool), carry out diagnostics and resolve all faults and requests.

Implement maintenance routine schedules as per operation manuals and guidelines.
Documents records for dispatches including spares, portable mobile generators and Testing equipment.
Monitors all outages/issues through the return to normal services.
Tracking of dispatched spares and returning the products back to warehouse
