• Upload Customer Registration forms data into CRM software and send it to verification department. Creating data backups as part of a contingency plan.
• Preparing and sorting documents for data entry, filing of documents, invoices.
• Entering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted.
• Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents.
• Preparing labels for products, Printing & Scanning files and generating reports.
On our electronic platform we do clearing, processing, routing & Switching of electronic transaction of major banks in Pakistan.
Performs basic management of electronic files (i.e., print, copy, transfer and delete).
Works with numbers (i.e., add, subtract, multiply and divide).
Uses word processing, spreadsheet, database or other software on a computer.
• Data Entry of old records into software to keep records electronic.
• Formats and produce documents, Detects and correct errors.
• Performs mid-volume data entry (average: 2, 001 to 5, 000 keystrokes per hour).
