Make sure that all Administration Policies are strictly implemented. Monitor admin and logistic systems in accordance with SC-US policies and procedures. Verify claims for action in accordance with administrative rules and regulations. Respond to queries by providing available information, advice and guidance accordingly. Preparing Lease agreements of Rented Buildings and ensure timely rent and utility bills payments. Make arrangements for SC officials (Local & Expatriate Staff) regarding their visa, departure & arrival. Coordination with airports regarding flight schedule and report variation in flight schedule to concerned authorities accordingly. Managing necessary documents, trackers and original records of the commodities/goods for audit and reporting purposes. Liaise closely with team and other support functions as well as line management on all procurements. Arrangement of workshops, seminar, trainings, meetings and conferences. Ensure suppliers/service database is updated and maintain good contacts with suppliers/vendors with quarterly and annual review of services provider list. Monitor prices and tax regulations of materials/items. Procurement of supplies and ensures timely bills payment and coordinate with finance department. Playing an active role in procurement of items based on authorized requisitions in line with Save the Children systems and procedures. Assist in HR, Procurement, Assets and Inventory management of Provincial and Sub Offices. Accrue financial reports of admin with finance department at monthly closing.

Coordinate the day-to-day schedule of drivers and hire vehicles. Liaises with program staff to support vehicle needs for activities within the camp and host community and allocates vehicles based on program needs and maintenance requirements
Ensure drivers and hire vehicles adhere to Save the Children Code of Conduct at all times
