Final Year Project: Automation of Test-Rig for Tractor Hydraulic Pump
Description
The project is automation of a Test-Rig machine based on distributive control system. Designed such a flexible closed loop process for automation of Test-Rig which can operate and execute overall system of this machine by a controller (PLC).This Test-Rig is designed to execute all tests regarding quality assurance for tractor hydraulic pump. Probability of error is minimized relative to previous manual system.

• Automation and optimization of machine Test-Rig (machine) for multi test of hydraulic pump
• Control system designed for Test-Rig
• Designed a computerized control and monitor console (HMI)
• Integration of the system for multi-test of pump at simultaneously
